Villa Bavigo and Pieron

These two modern villas, Villa Bavigo and Villa Pieron, located near Pula, are perfect for a private and comfortable vacation. Connected only by the back wall, they can be rented individually or together, making them ideal for larger families or groups of friends.

Both villas offer luxurious accommodation with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The outdoor area features a private pool with a waterfall, a cozy dining space, a barbecue, and a summer kitchen. For additional entertainment, there are table tennis and table football.

On the first floor of each villa, there is a living room with access to the terrace, one bedroom with a double bed and bathroom, while the second floor includes three more bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and access to the terrace. The wellness area with a hot tub and sauna is also located on this floor, allowing you to relax completely during your stay.

Each villa is air-conditioned and suitable for up to eight people, while both villas together can accommodate up to 16 guests. The yard features a private pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, and a covered terrace, perfect for evening gatherings and barbecues. The enclosed yard ensures complete privacy, and there are two private parking spaces available per villa.
