This holiday house is in the quiet little Istrian village Pavicini, 2km from the beach, in an area with private family holiday houses and half an hour by car from old Pula. A 500-metre-long unpaved road leads from the main road to the house. The turquoise Adriatic and the breathtaking beaches have made Pavicini a popular holiday destination. Even so, it is not overcrowded with tourists and you can enjoy your holiday in quiet surroundings. This peaceful location and the proximity to the sea make the house ideal holiday accommodation for two to three families with children or for couples.
In the outdoor area, the house has a spacious terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs, a solar shower, a private courtyard, a grill area, a little Mediterranean herb garden and a private parking space. Holiday home has 500m2 private garden and free fenced parking. Trees surrounding the house provide shade and there is a fresh breeze on hot summer days, for a good night’s sleep in summer. The site is fenced and suitable for children.
The house was renovated in 2016 and provides 70m² of living space for up to eight people. The house has a fully-equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace with a dining space, a living room with a sofa bed and three bedrooms with a double bed and a sofa bed. Each bedroom also has an LED TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom with a shower, WC and plenty of clean towels. The rooms on the upper floor are fitted with air conditioning. A safe for your valuables, wireless Internet access, a cot and a highchair are available. Holiday home has 500m2 private garden and free fenced parking.
The house is far enough away from tourist masses, but close enough to historical, gastronomic and tourist attractions. There are many various, clean and beautifull beaches just 2 km away from the holiday home. It is about 1000 metres to the little supermarket in the village and in summer you can buy fresh fish from the market, caught in the nearby bay. All major supermarkets are within half an hour by car. The places of historical and tourist interest, as well as the large Istrian towns, are half an hour to an hour and a half away by car.
From the main road to the house leads road 500m. Baby cot and feeding chair available for children.
