"The rooms are nice. It’s worth it to have the early entry to Cedar Point. The pool seemed nice(didn’t use), but lots of seagulls around. Located right by Dairy Queen and Mcdonalds for quick bites."

"Very clean and well maintained. The TV was about 32 inches which isnt a big deal but its nice to watch TV in your room at night. The "beach towels" are tiny so take your own. Continental breakfast is "chilled food" so toast cereal yogurt. Kids in the adult pool most of the time. But overall for the price it was worth it."

"I liked the convenience of being so close to cedar point and the beach and the on-site restaurants. The building is older and could use some updating but it was clean. Indoor pool had way too much chlorine in it. Our stay was ok."

"Had a little trouble checking in because we booked third party and didn’t get the instruction text. However we were next door to a very loud dog and the staff went above and beyond to allow us access to another room away from the dog if it was still barking at bedtime. Luckily it was not and quieted down when the people came back from dinner. But the offer was very appreciated. I also liked having 3 separate beds when traveling with teenagers. Thank you!"

"My husband and I came for our anniversary weekend. We got married at Cedar Point, but wanted to find some other places and things to do in the area. Anchor was a cute little place. When we first pulled in, the first thing I noticed were the beautiful (and real) flowers outside of each room. The property appears very nicely kept. "Room was clean, besides the black crust from the toilet. Staff was the best part. Parking was, parking. Not many ppl there when I went. Air conditioning worked and the hot water was nice. BUT!! The outside window to my room could be opened by a 4yo that's curious. Rotted out windows. Refrigerator didn't work in the room. Vending machine didn't work. Nothing worked. THE WINDOWS!! Never been so scared to go to sleep in my life. And I camp outside with bears and stuff"

"We love staying at the Clinton Inn primarily for its location. The lake-front lawn, with lounge chairs facing the water, is magical as the sun sets over the nuclear tower to the west, and herons, egrets, and gulls soar back and forth, along with the activity of marine traffic.
