A recently refurbished corner studio on the 1st floor of the Skol A block — tastefully done, holiday-mode from the moment you step in.

Two single beds in the studio space, plus a sofa bed in the lounge for the third guest. One bathroom with a walk-in shower. Open-plan kitchen with sea views — coffee machine, oven, microwave, fridge.

The terrace is the real feature — a proper wraparound that bends around two sides of the apartment, catching south-east morning sun and holding it all day. From it, the sea, the beach, the Paseo Marítimo promenade and (in the distance) the marina — four directions of view from one continuous outdoor room.

Three pools set in the tropical gardens — a shallow kids' pool (40cm), a 140cm pool for playing, and a 2m pool for proper swimming. Sun loungers €3 per day.

Avenida Arias Maldonado 16 — the heart of central Marbella, right on the Paseo Marítimo promenade.

Step out and you're on Fontanilla beach. Marbella Old Town is a 10-minute walk. Family-run tapas bars, chiringuitos and supermarkets all at your doorstep. No car needed — and the dog can do the promenade with you.
