    This sea-view paradise was completely renovated in September 2017: modern furniture in white and neutral tones, mixed with natural materials and soft lighting, make the place feel elegant, luxurious and welcoming. The spacious terrace invites you to relax and enjoy unforgettable outdoor moments whilst admiring the sea with the dining table and chairs and the armchairs and table. The terrace is equipped with 2 large electric awnings and a top awning.

    This bright apartment, with a maximum capacity of 6 people, has 120 m² and a sunny terrace of 20 m², two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en suite), a guest toilet, a spacious modern and welcoming living room (with sofa bed), an equipped kitchen and a parking space in the underground garage.

    - Master bedroom: new queen-size bed 160 x 200 cm with en suite bathroom

    - Guest bedroom: two single beds 90 x 200 cm

    - Living room: very comfortable sofa bed 140 x 200 cm

    The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine with integrated dryer, hot air oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker and toaster.

    The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in summer and hot air heating in winter. Both bedrooms have electric awnings with remote control.

    Urbanisation

    The apartment is located in Lomas de los Monteros in the hills of Marbella.

    The urbanisation is child-friendly with an indoor swimming pool and a separate pool for small children, a children's playground, green areas and practically no traffic.

    The main pool area is equipped with showers and toilets; both pool areas are surrounded by beautiful exotic gardens and equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas.

    The urbanisation offers the most demanding client a haven of peace, privacy and comfort, but only 3 minutes from the nearest restaurant Hacienda Monte Marina and the equestrian club, 6 minutes by car from the nearest beach and golf courses and 10 minutes from restaurants, shops, more sandy beaches, nightlife, pharmacies, major banks and the heart of the lively and cosmopolitan Marbella.

    Marbella not only offers beautiful sandy beaches, but also an authentic old town. From Marbella, you can walk along the seafront on beautiful trails to Puerto Banús, the most prestigious marina in the Mediterranean.

    If you are a golf enthusiast, this is the perfect place! There are numerous well-known golf courses in the vicinity.

    Costa del Sol Hospital is downhill (5 minutes) and the shopping centre "La Cañada" is 10 minutes away. It takes approximately 45 minutes to reach Málaga airport.

    Maintenance and Cleaning: The accommodation must be returned in reasonable conditions of order and cleanliness. We reserve the right to apply additional charges, which will be deducted directly from the deposit, in the following cases:



    Excessive general dirt on the property.



    A considerable amount of unwashed dirty dishes.



    Accumulation of rubbish within the accommodation. It is the guest's responsibility to dispose of rubbish in the street containers indicated in the guide before departure.



    Irreversible damage to towels and bedding (makeup, creams, chemical products).

For this reason, we ensure that we carry out thorough and rigorous cleaning of the property before your arrival to deliver it to you in optimal conditions.     External Works and Third Parties: We cannot be held responsible for continuous dirt (such as dust or debris on terraces and external areas) or noise or disturbances caused by construction works, renovations or maintenance carried out outside the property by third parties (adjacent plots, neighbouring properties or public roads). As these are activities outside our control, we have no authority over their schedules or intensity, and their existence will not entitle you to refunds or compensation.
