Bedrooms: Two cozy bedrooms, both with 160cm double beds, built-in wardrobes, televisions, and air conditioning for a perfect night's sleep. Bathrooms: Two modern, full bathrooms, both with spacious walk-in showers. Exterior: A charming covered terrace with a table and chairs that opens directly onto the expansive central garden of the complex, with partial views of the swimming pool. Accessibility Note: To access the property, it is necessary to climb three high steps and cross a short stretch of grass.
You'll have access to the entire house! Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Access is self-service with keys. You'll enjoy free, unnumbered parking within the complex (Fuente del Rodeo 1 area). You'll also have access to the extensive shared green areas and the communal swimming pool, which is open year-round. (Please note: The tennis court is not available for guests.)

-San Pedro de Alcántara Boulevard (5 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot): A modern pedestrian area famous for its undulating architectural walkway, top-notch playgrounds, green spaces, and tapas bars. It's a huge draw if your target audience is families with children.

- Mistral Beach Area (about 500 meters): Located very close to the Hotel Guadalpín Banús, this stretch of beach is famous for its namesake beach bar and offers a wide variety of water sports.
- Cortijo Blanco Beach (about a 7-minute walk): Quieter than the beaches of Puerto Banús. It features a mix of sand and pebbles, making it ideal for guests looking to relax and unwind away from the noise.
- San Pedro de Alcántara Beach (1.3 km): Spacious, with a family-friendly atmosphere, and regularly awarded the Blue Flag. It's known for its grassy areas under palm trees and excellent traditional beach bars where you can enjoy espetos (grilled sardines).
It's very easy to get around the area. Although we recommend using a car to fully enjoy Marbella (taking advantage of the free parking), the area has nearby local bus stops that connect to Marbella town center and Puerto Banús, as well as easy access to taxi and ride-hailing services.
Legal Registration: Mandatory for guests aged 14 and over (Order INT/321/2021). Access will be denied if all guests do not complete online registration before arrival. Quiet and Noise: Guests must respect the neighbors' peace and quiet from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. The apartment is equipped with a noise sensor. Exceeding 75dB or tampering with the device will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund. No Smoking: Strictly prohibited both in the apartment and in all common areas of the building. Cleaning: Upon departure, guests must leave the dishes clean and remove all trash from the building.
Visitors: Access to the property is strictly prohibited for anyone not included in the confirmed reservation. *Pets: Pets are allowed upon request and at an additional cost per night.
