Modern and fully independent, the kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances including an oven, dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator, and freezer. You will also find a capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all necessary utensils for your stay.

The property features 3 bright bedrooms with ample storage:



Master Bedroom: Double bed with a private en-suite bathroom (including a bathtub).

Check-in: This property offers an in-person check-in from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Please note that due to urbanization restrictions, check-ins after 10:00 PM are not possible.



Check-out: Departure is before 11:00 AM.

House Rules: No smoking and no pets allowed. No groups of teenagers (minimum age of 25 for the primary guest). No parties or events allowed.



Quiet Hours: To ensure the tranquility of the community, quiet hours are observed from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.



Linens & Cleaning: Bed sheets, towels, and hygiene products are included. Beach towels are not provided.



Laundry: The unit is equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
