A spacious and fully equipped kitchen featuring an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and coffee maker. It includes an extendable breakfast bar and a large pantry space. Next to the kitchen is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and additional storage.



Glazed Balcony:

An versatile and enclosed exterior space, furnished with sofas, a coffee table and a small desk. Protected by glass and curtains for privacy, it is the perfect place to relax or work remotely in a tranquil environment.
