Apartment 'Casa Sunchill' with Shared Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Casa Sunchill is a fabulous duplex apartment located in the complex known as Los Jardines de Santa Maria Golf in Elviria. The apartment has 3 bedrooms (two upstairs and one downstairs) all with double queen size beds and 2 bathrooms (both with step in shower). Recently renovated, the lounge/kitchen/dining area is open plan decorated in soothing Scandinavian tones with comfortable furniture. The highlight has to be the large terrace that get sun all day long, with chillout seating, two sunbeds and outdoor dining for maximum 6 guests. For those who prefer private sunbathing, there is a small balcony terrace accessed directly from the upstairs Master Bedroom. A wide variety of international TV channels and apps are available on the smart TV and there is high speed fibre optic wifi available. Jardines de Santa Maria Golf is a fully gated community with 24hrs manned security, a choice of 4 swimming pools and beautiful gardens.



There is a kids playground as well as Aventura Amazonia zip-wire park just 5 minutes walk away. The lively centre of Elviria with its choice of bars, restaurants and supermarkets is also 5/10 minutes walk away and the beach is a further 10 minutes walk. El Laurel is the closest beach chiringuito, although there are many to choose from. For those looking for more glamour, Nikki Beach is an easy 20 minutes walk away from the apartment. The closest beach is Playa de la Víbora and it is 1.3km away.





Taxi stand and bus stops are also found in Elviria so a car is not necessary. The bus to Marbella Old Town is less than 25 minutes and by car just 15 minutes.



The apartment is not suitable for celebrations or parties due to the close proximity of neighbours and community rules must be observed at all times. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace. Any evidence found of smoking within the property will result in full deposit deduction.
