This ground floor apartment is ideally located within a short walk of Puerto Banus and the beach. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 family bathroom. The lounge/kitchen is open plan and has access to the private terrace overlooking the pool and gardens.
The apartment is in a small quiet complex yet close to all amenities including golf courses, beach clubs, shops and the many and varied restaurants of Puerto Banus.

Access to the apartment is via gates from the street, just past the pool on your left, and into the block door on your right. The apartment is located on the ground floor with the terrace overlooking the pool and garden. It is west facing so it gets lots of afternoon and evening sun. The open plan living room/kitchen has a corner sofa and a smart tv with a selection of TV channels. The property fast WiFi that reaches all areas of the apartment.
The kitchen is well equipped for a property of its size, providing guests with the utensils and appliances needed to cook while on holiday (fridge, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, cutlery, plates and a washing machine). There is a bar area with stools giving a comfortable area to dine when not using the terrace space. The bathroom is opposite the kitchen, and features a walk-in shower.
There are bedrooms to the left and right, one with twin single beds and the other with a double bed.

This apartment is perfect for couples and families, but is not suitable for guests under the age of 25.

Guests have full access to the entire apartment and the communal pool and gardens.
