The apartment

A split-level duplex on the 6th floor of the Skol building. Upstairs, an open-plan bedroom with a queen-size bed plus a single bed, and a bathroom with a large bath. Downstairs, an open-plan kitchen and lounge with a double sofa bed and dining table — opening onto a generous terrace with sun loungers, sea views and afternoon sun.

Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, oven, microwave and fridge. Air conditioning and heating. Smart TV and super-fast fibre WiFi — office-with-a-view is our mantra.

Three pools set in the tropical gardens — a shallow kids' pool (40cm), a 140cm pool for playing, and a 2m pool for proper swimming. Sun loungers €3 per day.

Avenida Arias Maldonado 16 — the heart of central Marbella, right on the Paseo Marítimo promenade.

Step out and you're on Fontanilla beach. Marbella Old Town is a 10-minute walk. Family-run tapas bars, chiringuitos on the sand, supermarkets and boutiques all at your doorstep. No car needed.
