This relaxing neighborhood is a great place to enjoy a bike ride with the people you love and has a local boat ramp for your water adventures. (If bring your boat, it must be pulled out of the water each night.) There are also boat rentals nearby. Other incredible attractions include Foodchain Fishing, Marathon Air Museum, Florida Keys Country Club, Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters, and Turtle Hospital, all within a four-mile radius.

The home includes a gorgeous, lush backyard with a new above-ground pool/swim jet/spa that seats six, heat included. Relax beneath the lovely gazebo, or gather around the fire table for an entertaining evening. There's also a space to dine alfresco. Inside, this air-conditioned home away from home has a big open floor plan that seamlessly combines the living room and the kitchen. Pull out any of the board games provided and gather around the coffee table in the living room for a memorable and entertaining game night. Or stream a favorite series or sports game on the smart TV with streaming and cable. The well-appointed kitchen has modern appliances, including a double-door fridge, built-in microwave and oven, a dishwasher, a Keurig coffee maker, and a stovetop. Additional amenities include complimentary high-speed WiFi and an on-site washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
