Each of the 5 bedrooms features its own private en suite bathroom, plus an additional half bath upstairs for convenience. The downstairs en suite also serves as the pool bathroom with direct access from the covered patio.



The home features a spacious open concept living area with trey ceilings, rope lighting, and an oversized Lovesac couch perfect for relaxing after a day on the water.



The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with high end appliances, a pot filler, large pantry, and bar area, making it ideal for entertaining or preparing fresh catch meals.

Laundry is convenient with a private washer and dryer in the primary suite as well as a second laundry room off the hallway.



Booking Policies: Minimum Stay: A 7-night minimum stay is required by city regulations, with no exceptions. The city determines the maximum occupancy, and it cannot be exceeded, covering adults, children, and infants.

Cancellation Policy: We maintain a strict 60-day cancellation policy. If the cancellation is made at least 60 days before the arrival date, you can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund, excluding processing and admin fees. If you cancel within 60 days of the arrival date and we are able to secure another booking for the same time by opening the calendar, you will receive a full refund, minus processing and admin fees. If we are unable to secure another rental for the specified time, the deposit will be the only amount refunded.

Contract: Upon confirmation of your booking by our office, you will receive a check in form via Email/Booking Channel. Complete the form to receive further details about your stay!

Payment Options: The total reservation charges include credit card processing fees by default. We are happy to accept checks with no additional fees, and in those cases, the processing fees can be removed from your total once you confirm your preferred payment method. Credit card payments are subject to the following fees: – Visa, MasterCard, and Discover incur a 3.5% processing fee (excluding taxes and deposit) – American Express incurs an additional 0.99% fee (excluding taxes and deposit)



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home, pool, dock, and outdoor spaces. The property is private and exclusively yours during your stay.

Located in the desirable Coco Plum neighborhood of Marathon, this home offers a quiet and peaceful setting with easy access to both the ocean and all that the Florida Keys has to offer. Coco Plum is known for its beautiful waterfront homes, wide canals, and relaxed atmosphere.



Getting Around:

We recommend having a vehicle to explore the area. The home is conveniently located with easy access to local restaurants, grocery stores, marinas, and attractions throughout Marathon and the surrounding Keys.



Other Things to Note:

This home is located in a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of neighbors and observe quiet hours.



Dockage is available, however guests should confirm vessel size and clearance prior to arrival.



Fishing amenities are provided for convenience, but guests are responsible for proper use and cleanup.
