2025- New concrete dock, fenders and fish filet table.

This ground level waterfront home has received a new face lift. Completely remodeled 3 bedroom with bonus room in the well known Sombrero Beach neighborhood. Just a short block walk to the sandy beach shore. Home has an open floor plan overlooking the in-ground pool deck and tiki hut. Enjoy your morning coffee and happy hour in the screened-in porch with views of the wide lagoon. Come and create your family memories in the fabulous Keys.

The space:
Home exhibits a 75’ bulkhead with 120 volt electric and water available for all your boating needs. Additional amenities include gas grill, cleaning table, outdoor shower and bait freezer. Property has plenty of parking for cars, RV’s and trailers. There is a bonus room that may be used as a game room or an additional living room. Guests may also enjoy the in-ground heated (optional) swimming pool which overlooks the sprawling lagoon.

Added features:
Football table, air hockey table, pac-man arcade and beach cart with chairs and umbrella.

Hurricane Cancellation Policy:
Refund will be given if there is a mandatory evacuation. Trip insurance is highly recommended during hurricane season.

Wonderful home, location and host

My wife and I stayed at the house with another couple. House was perfect (king beds, screen porch, heated pool, game room, one level, etc.). Location was ideal (close to beach, grocery stores and restaurants). We even saw a couple of manatees at our dock. Host (Eddie) was very accommodating and responsive. We rarely left the house since it was so nice. Definitely recommend!!

Awesome location and perfect family set up

Eddie was a great host. Pool area was perfect. Great set up with plenty of chairs. Tiki gazebo was great for some shade when needed. Pool floaties , beach chairs, and 2 beach carriers made the extremely short trip to the beach an easy walk.

Wonderful oasis!

Wow. This property was amazing!Location: 10/10. The house a light stroll from Sombrero beach. They have a wagon with beach chairs and beach toys and floats and coolers available to easily transport the whole family to the beach. Then when you get back from the beach, there is an outdoor shower to rinse off before jumping in the pool. Property: 10/10. Great open area for everyone hang out while eating and cooking and relaxing. Amazing outdoor space for hanging out and grilling and lounging by the pool. The screened in patio has a high door latch, so our little children couldn’t accidentally get out to the pool area unattended. And the extra game room was a huge hit with everyone. Management: 10/10. Eddie was very attentive and answered questions immediately. Excellent communication. We will likely stay at this location again. It has been our favorite spot we have stayed so far on our big family Keys trips. Loved it!

Amazing place to stay

I would highly recommend this house. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Sombrero Beach is a short walk. It was so nice to be able to have our boat in the canal right by the house and to have a hose right by the canal to clean up the boat after fishing.

Amazing and clean!

Eddie thought of everything, and the place was immaculate. All the little things, like detergent, life jackets, beach chairs, etc were there. Thank you so much! Would highly recommend as the place to stay in Marathon👍

Cute Keys House

This house was a great place to stay. We like being close the Sombrero Beach and this is a short walk away. The house was great with a pool on the end of a canal. We paddleboarded right off the dock a few times. Overall very nice place and the owner stays in contact with to make sure your stay is good.

Fantastic Vacation

Family of 6 adults and 2 children and we had an amazing week. The kids were in the pool the minute they woke up until we got around to packing for the short walk to the beach. The sand fleas/no-see-ums are the only negative thing I can think of—and certainly not the fault of our host. Eddie was super responsive and communicative, checking in on us when hurricane Milton was threatening. The storm did nothing toward ruining our week! Sombrero Beach was fabulous and the house suited our needs perfectly. We cooked many of our meals to save some money, and had no problems with how the kitchen was stocked. Not much cabinet space but the bedroom closet worked fine as an overflow pantry. We were glad we stocked up at Costco in Miami, as prices in the Keys are definitely higher. Altogether a fantastic week.

Beautiful Home

I can’t say enough about Sea Ray Cove. It was wonderful and so was Eddie. The house isn’t huge but it offered plenty of space for our group of eight. This property has one of the nicest outdoor areas of any place we’ve ever rented - fantastic screened porch, pool with ample seating, and a tiki hut to provide shade. We chose Marathon because it was in the Middle Keys and provided easy access to both Islamorada and Key West. Eddie sent us lots of info about the area before we arrived and was very attentive during our stay. One small issue arose while we were there and he immediately jumped into action to take care of it. If we return to Marathon we will definitely rent Sea Ray Cove from Eddie again.

Sombrero beauty

Sea Ray Cove is perfectly located within a short walk to beautiful Sombrero Beach and a short drive to Publix Supermarket, restaurants, and shopping. Located at the end of a quiet canal, it is perfect for kayaking or boating as well as a beautiful backyard with pool and tiki hut for shade. The house is well appointed, the beds are great and Eddie was incredibly responsive to any needs. We would highly recommend this rental!!!

Sea Ray Cove - Marathon, FL

We booked Sea Ray Cove back in July 2023. We were looking at a getaway from the winter in Colorado. My wife and I looked at locations throughout the Keys settling on Marathon. I saw the photos of Sea Ray Cove, read the reviews from other travelers, we decided to book Sea Ray. When we got to Sea Ray Cove in late January 2023, we were very pleased that the photos were very accurate, the home was spotless, with everything two couples would need for a stay. We loved the pool, being January even with pleasant air temperatures ,having the pool heated was a huge plus for us. We used the barbecue and kitchen which had everything we needed on the nights we didn't go out for dinner. The location is an hour from Key West which filled up one of our days. Sombrero Beach is a short walk away, we went there several times for sunsets and to just walk on a beach. Our host Eddie, was prompt answering questions before, during and after our stay. I would highly recommend Sea Ray Cove to anyone thinking of staying in Marathon. On a scale of 1 to 5, I would rate Sea Ray Cove a 5, giving it 5 stars. If we find ourselves that way in the future we will be back at Sea Ray Cove.

Wonderful stay!

We stayed at Sea Ray Cove in January 2024 and had a wonderful time! Eddie was so responsive—a wonderful property manager. The house was beautiful and immaculate. It had everything we needed. We paid extra for the pool to be heated, and we're so glad we did. The week was a bit chilly and overcast, but the pool was a nice 82 degrees. Just perfect! Also, the walk to the beach was about 2 mins. It was so pretty. We certainly hope to be back to Sea Ray Cove in the future.

Amazing Stay!

Our stay at Sea Ray Cove was great! The location is amazing if you are trying to explore all the Keys since it’s a halfway point. You have everything you need around you (the beach, Publix, restaurants, etc). The home was extremely clean and had everything you need to enjoy your time. The private pool was very nice. Communication with the host was easy and quick! Definitely recommend this home!

Beautiful home in a great location!

Our family enjoyed our stay at Sea Ray Cove. It was a hot week and the pool felt like a bathtub, but that's not Eddie the host's fault! Eddie was very responsive to questions. We ended up renting a pontoon and the dock was perfect. Easy access to lots of restaurants by boat. Beach is small but super close. Sunsets there were pretty. The only things i would mention for other renters are that the game room is only accessible through the queen room. This wasn't an issue for us, but plan your sleeping arrangements accordingly. (Technically you can also access the game room from an outside door if you want to avoid going through the bedroom.) And the other thing is that all the doors have cloudy glass instead of solid wood which is a nice decorative touch, but lets a lot of light into each room and you can see shadows behind the doors lol Overall I would definitely recommend the property.

vacation get away!!

The home was immaculate! Location to the beach was perfect. The boat dock had lots of room for our 27 foot boat. The cleaning station at the dock was great. We also had a visit from a mother manatee and her baby, which made the vacation even more special!!! When we had questions Eddie was very prompt in answering them. The game room was also a nice touch. We had an awesome time and would recommend this home for your family vacation!!!

Sea Ray Cove Family Vacay 2023

Everything about our stay at Sea Ray Cove was perfect! It’s a lovely home, very clean and great location! Two minute walk to beach and close to grocery store, shops and restaurants. The pool is amazing and enjoyed fishing off the dock! We were visited by two manatees daily! Eddie is an amazing host! Really appreciated him reaching out to us before and during our stay! We would definitely stay again!!

A Gem In Marathon

We just stayed at this property for 3 weeks and it was hard to leave. Perfect location, clean, heated pool and beautiful views. What more could you ask for! We look forward to returning next year.

What a beautiful place to stay. This is the second time we've stayed here and we are coming back next year. I can't say enough about how wonderful this place is. The home is immaculate and well stocked, from the kitchen to the beach chairs and buggy to take to Sombrero Beach, just a two to three minute walk from this home. There is also a beautiful pool pool, it has to be one of the cleanest pools I've ever been in. The home is well set up for a family. Video games and air hockey for the kids (big kids). Very nice bedrooms with lots of space for your clothing and super comfy beds! Cannot wait for next year!!

The house was very clean and had everything we needed! And we appreciated the fact that it was equipped with paper towels toilet paper, laundry detergent and dish washer pods! Very close walk to the beach also! And my 7 year old loved that he could fish from the house!!

Great vacation home

This was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed at. It was impeccably clean and maintained. The location couldn’t have been better. It was a short walk to one of the nicest beaches in Florida. You also had the pool looking out to the canal. The kitchen was well equipped and appliances were nice. The game room would be great for kids on a rainy day, but we did use it from time to time, especially if we were doing a load of laundry. The beds were very comfortable. Eddie and his wife were the hosts with the most. They would quickly respond to any questions we had. I would love to go back!
