With beautiful views of the gulf, a brand new pool, and a newly remodeled interior, this open and spacious two-bedroom home is located on a deepwater canal that can accommodate large boats, making it the perfect place to stage a fun-filled vacation with family and friends. Head down to the private dock and untie the boats to take the family out for a day on the water then come home to fire up the private gas grill for a fun-filled barbecue. You'll love spreading out in the living room to watch a good movie on the flatscreen TV while snuggling up on the comfy furniture. The full kitchen includes all the appliances and counter space you'll need to prepare delicious meals, plus a stacked washer and dryer in case the kids pick up any stains. You can serve six guests on the glass-top dining table and there's nothing like an al-fresco meal out on the balcony. You can take the provided beach towels out to Sunset Park for your afternoons on the sand, and the private pool is a great place to relax whenever you want a break from all the fun. Have a little work to do while you're here? You'll find a work desk and chair and the home's fast WiFi will make it easy to perform a bit of online research for those last-minute projects. Don't forget to use the partial AC and ceiling fans to keep the home cool on those hot summer days.

Guests must stay for a minimum of seven nights
1-day minimum notification is required in order to heat the pool for this home; The Pool Heating Fee is $32 USD per day and must be paid prior to check-in. Guests may contact us once booking has been made in order to purchase pool heat for your upcoming stay.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
