"We enjoyed our stay at bantr Grand Hotel Wausau. The property and room were clean, and the staff was friendly. The pool and hot tub are really nice. The room was spacious and comfortable. The next morning we enjoyed a delicious complimentary continental breakfast. My only feedback to the hotel is it the outside of the property needs better lighting, it was really dark in the parking lot. "Hot tub and pool was nice. Breakfast was OK. There was stuff in the fridge that you could heat up in the microwave. The staff were OK. I had stayed Friday through Wednesday and I had asked twice in a row for our towels to be picked up not only that but I had asked two more times for more room towels because our room was not kept up with other than that service was OK."

"You get exactly what you pay for here, and it’s not much. If you’re cheap or poor like me, this is where you want to be. Also, there are a lot of people in and out so if socializing with strangers is your thing you’re in for a treat. There’s a weird guy that sits by the front desk and stares at everyone that comes down the hall but there wasn’t a category to rate him. Every other rating is “okay” but I’d probably rate him as “not okay”. Maybe he’s an undercover security guard. He’s not going to...
