Located in Marans, Gîte Les 2 Fontaines is the perfect place for families or friends to enjoy a comfortable, relaxing stay. This spacious, air-conditioned two-storey house accommodates up to 13 guests and offers generous living spaces designed for everyone’s well-being.



The house features a welcoming living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 6 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 separate toilets. For a hassle-free stay, you have Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace for remote work, a TV, washing machine, as well as books and games for children. A ping-pong table is also available.



The private outdoor area is a real highlight: heated saltwater pool, spa, two large terraces, and two barbecues—ideal for sharing great moments together. Pool and spa access is strictly reserved for guests staying at the house. The pool is open from April to the end of September, and the spa area is for adults only. To maintain water quality and comfort, swim shorts and sunscreen are not allowed in the spa, and sunscreen is not permitted in the pool.



Five parking spaces are available on the property. For peace and respect, pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. The house offers step-free indoor access.



As part of our eco-friendly approach, recycling instructions and water- and energy-saving equipment are provided. Check-in and check-out inspections will be carried out upon arrival.
