Located 2 km from shops, restaurants, and a sandy beach, the villa offers lovely sea views as well as good privacy. The nearby Sarrabus mountain range offers hiking trails and mountain biking routes, and Cagliari, the island's capital, is 35 km away.

Villa Mavriana (160 m2) develops over two levels.

On the ground floor, you will find a living room on two levels with a sitting area (with chairs and built in seating) and a dining area (with table and chairs). The kitchen (with dishwasher, fridge, microwave) offers access to a terrace and there is a guest bathroom (with toilet, bidet, basin and washing machine).

On the first floor, you will find a double bedroom (with double bed and fireplace) with ensuite bathroom (with bath), one twin/double bedrooms (with two single beds that can be converted to doubles), one triple bedroom (with two single beds that can be converted to doubles plus an extra single bed) and one bathroom (with shower).
