The Space:
Perfect location on Polana neighborhood, Julius Nyerere Avenue right in front, this place is a traditional wood floor house, with large windows filling the space with natural light. The feelings are cozy, warm, like home. There is a spacious living room with a dining table that seats 6, one couch for three people and one elegant armchair to enjoy your time.

Two double bedrooms. Each room has a wardrobe where you can keep your clothes and luggage. All rooms have an air condition and are equipped with towels and sheets which are regularly changed.

There are two complete bathrooms, one with bath shower and another with a shower tub.

Our maid comes regularly to clean and take care of the apartment.

The location is beyond great and safe. Looking for a restaurant? I believe the problem will be choosing which one! Just around every corner, you got plenty of option. Mozambican, Portuguese, Indian, Thai, Italian and much more! This block has dozens of restaurants and coffees to try out. Option is not a problem.

Two minutes walking you will find Friedrich Engels Avenue. This is an ocean view avenue, perfect for your morning or evening fitness time.

PRICING
