The Space:

Settle into your next Manzanita beach vacation in this well-appointed, ocean-view apartment we call SeaView!

Our magnificent beach is just minutes away, and our cozy little town with shops and restaurants is just over a mile from this vacation rental.



SeaView is simple yet comfortable, with all-new bamboo floors and new furniture throughout. You can hang out in the living area to read, do puzzles, or surf the internet. The living room is open to the spacious kitchen with a beautiful ocean view. The kitchen has everything you need to make classic dishes and cook fresh local seafood. Little extras like a dishwasher help save you valuable time. We provide coffee filters, basic spices, oil, etc.



For entertainment, turn on the 32" flat-screen TV in the living room to watch local channels or access the Roku for streaming on your Netflix account (Cable not provided). You can also watch one of our many movies on the DVD Player. Just off the living room is a full bathroom with a shower.



Downstairs you will find a huge bedroom with a plush king bed, a large dresser, a desk, a bookshelf full of books, and lamps on each side of the bed. Just off this bedroom is a half bath with a washer and dryer. A door off this bedroom leads you to a private, covered patio.



A few short steps from the house is a path that leads you right down to the beach. This home is perfect for a small family or couple (a maximum of two adults and one small child). We do provide a baby gate and pack n' play. No pets are allowed as this is an allergen-free home.



In the mornings, take a walk (about 1.2 miles) on the beach to Yolk for brunch or breakfast, then stop at Bahama Mama's on your way to the beach to rent some bikes to ride or boards to enjoy in the waves. Manzanita's quiet stretch of sand doesn't get the same traffic as more popular beaches nearby, so you'll enjoy the peace.



Spend a fun day golfing at Manzanita Links or a short drive south to Nehalem Bay State Park for beautiful hiking and a chance to see wildlife. For more hiking opportunities, drive north about 10 minutes to Oswald West State Park, where you'll have a variety of trails to choose from, with beautiful vistas along the way. Finish the day with a home-cooked seafood meal on the gas BBQ, or dine out at Offshore Grill or Neahkahnie Bistro.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the whole home, patio and deck. The long driveway along side the unit is not for guest use. Parking for this unit is directly out front and it is possible to park a small boat 2 lots down.



The Neighborhood:

Seaview is situated in the quiet neighborhood of Neahkahnie just north of Manzanita. Seaview has an ocean view and all new decor and furnishings. The pristine beach is just a few short blocks away and downtown Manzanita is a walkable mile.



Getting Around:

If staying in Manzanita, there is no need for a car but if wanting to travel outside of Manzanita, we do have a public bus called "The Wave" which can take you North or South. There is info on The Wave in our rental or you can find a schedule in our office in Manzanita.



Interaction with Guests:

We will interact as little or as much as the guest likes.

After booking, all our guests will get an after hours phone number to call in case of emergency.
