Nestled on the north side of Manzanita, Oregon, Sea La Vie is a charming and beautifully remodeled vacation rental on the stunning North Oregon Coast. Perched on a spacious corner lot along the hillside, this inviting retreat offers the perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment.



Step outside to enjoy the fresh coastal air on the expansive deck, complete with a cozy gas fireplace and comfortable seating. Challenge friends and family to a game at the horseshoe pit, or simply unwind and take in the peaceful surroundings.



Inside, this single-level home boasts a thoughtfully updated interior with luxury vinyl plank flooring and a warm wood-burning fireplace. The open-concept layout includes a stylish sitting room and a large family TV room, featuring a sectional sofa, a shuffleboard table, a large TV, and a spacious dining area.



Each of the three well-appointed bedrooms is designed for comfort, offering plush queen beds and high-quality linens. Two of the bedrooms feature private en-suite bathrooms, while the third bedroom has easy access to a full bathroom in the hallway. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s delight, featuring a generous bar for additional seating—perfect for gatherings and shared meals.



For pet lovers, one well-behaved dog is welcome to join the adventure! Whether you’re seeking a cozy retreat or an entertaining getaway, Sea La Vie is an ideal choice for experiencing the beauty of Manzanita and the North Oregon Coast.

One dog limit must be at least two years of age, and flea treated.

The Neighborhood:

Sea La Vie is situated in the quiet neighborhood of Neahkahnie just north of Manzanita.



Getting Around:

If staying in Manzanita, there is no need for a car but if wanting to travel outside of Manzanita, we do have a public bus called "The Wave" which can take you North or South. There is info on The Wave in our rental or you can find a schedule in our office in Manzanita.



Interaction with Guests:

We will interact as little or as much as the guest likes.

After booking, all our guests will get an after hours phone number to call in case of emergency.
