Designed for comfort and convenience, the home features a spiral staircase providing easy access to all three levels. The main-floor primary bedroom includes a luxurious king bed, a full bathroom with heated floors, a cozy TV area, and private access to the north viewing deck—perfect for soaking in a personal sunset moment. An additional sofa sleeper area located down the hall can serve as a secondary TV room or an extra sleeping space.



Upstairs, the first large bedroom is behind a charming custom barn door and includes a queen bed and two twin beds, along with a full bathroom and breathtaking ocean vistas. Another bedroom features a plush king-sized bed with an ocean view. Finally, the downstairs bedroom offers a restful retreat, complete with a daybed, a queen bed, and the soothing sounds of the waves just outside. The south deck, located off the dining area, features a picnic table and gas grill for summer cookouts. This home located in south Manzanita, has ocean views and a quick access to the beach. Hop in the car for a couple minute drive to Laneda Ave (town).



Getting Around:

If staying in Manzanita, there is no need for a car but if wanting to travel outside of Manzanita, we do have a public bus called "The Wave" which can take you North or South. There is info on The Wave in our rental or you can find a schedule in our office in Manzanita.

We want your arrival to be as easy and seamless as possible. After booking, you’ll receive a short Rental Agreement from our local management team to review and sign electronically before your stay. This quick step helps us make sure everything is in place for your arrival while protecting you, the home, and the homeowners who make your stay possible.
