The peaceful village and surrounding areas boast wonderful beaches, bush walks, bird life, water-based activities and stunning views. Manyana, along with nearby Bendalong, has some of the best surf breaks on the South Coast. Green Island is one of the best-known surfing locations in the area.

Enjoy swimming, surfing, fishing, rock hopping, exercising or relaxing, an easy 3 minute walk away at either Inyadda or Manyana beaches. A beautiful natural rockpool, perfect for the little ones, can be found at the northern end of Manyana beach. For the boating enthusiast, a small boat ramp is located on Boat Harbour Beach at Bendalong and at Berringer Lake, while a larger boat ramp is located at Ulladulla.

There are numerous activities freely available within a ten-minute walk, including a soccer field, children’s park, basketball court and skate park. Additionally, tennis courts are available for a small fee. The Deli Cunjurong is the perfect place to enjoy coffee, freshly baked cakes, breakfast or lunch with friends and family. Nearby Bendalong has a small shop selling basic essentials and takeaway.

The quaint historic village of Milton is a short 25 minute drive to the south. It has an IGA supermarket, hotels, lots of cafes and restaurants along with great shops for a little retail therapy. Milton also has a hospital with an emergency department.

A further 10 minutes south, is the charming harbour town of Ulladulla where you will find larger supermarkets such as Woolworths, Coles and Aldi. Funland is an indoor amusement centre, a great place for the kids and young at heart. For those who enjoy going to the movies, Ulladulla also has a cinema.

If you are traveling from the north and wish to collect groceries en route, Nowra has everything you will need. If you prefer you can also order your shopping online with Woolworths as they offer a delivery service in the area.
