Hyggeligt sted, god betjening. Dog var der ingen pool til rådighed og ingen morgenmad grundet ombygninger. Hvilket ikke blev oplyst ved bestilling. WIFI virkede ikke.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness and updated room. Very modern and beautiful. Only problem — bring an extension cord if you want to use a Roku or any other device such as a PS5.

Very kind and helpful management and staff. Gym & pool still closed for renovations. Walls a bit thin but people were quiet at night. Typical continental breakfast options (precooked egg & sausage patties, precooked pancakes, bagels, cereal, oatmeal packets, OJ, coffee).

The room was excellent. Very comfortable and very clean. The only thing m that wasnt perfect wasthe bathroom door wasnt painted and its all chipped. The room was nicely painted and fresh but the unpainted door kinda took away from the pristine of the rest of the room. Comfortable stay. The other thing room needed was some fold up luggage holders dont really want to put luggage hp o dresser it would scratch top eventually and when luggage opens it hit TV screen.

The refurbished Room was excellent as it was nearly new. No issues with any of the features of the room. The only real "problem" we had was with the multi-media television - the remote and associated options were impossible to understand and use...

We stayed at this hotel for a womens retreat. The pictures looked really nice and newly remodeled. When we got into our room it was absolutely disgusting. Not cleaned at all. There was food and garbage all over the floor. Chocolate ground into the floor. Bathroom had pee on the toilet and hair throughout the shower. Ants were in the room due to there being food all over. We went to the front desk and told him the room was dirty and he gave us a broom and mop and water to clean it ourselves. We had to use our key card to scrap all the Chocolate off the floor before sweeping and mopping. The mop water was black by the time we were done cleaning it. None of the ice machines worked at had to go into the kitchen and get ice out of the freezer. We asked to speak with a manager and the guy at the front desk said he couldn't get a hold of his manager. So we checked again in the morning before we left for the retreat and he said he still couldn't get a hold of his manager. I gave him my name and phone number for the manager to contact me and they never called. 1st of all i shouldn't have to clean my own room. 2nd of the room is dirty and you don't plan to clean it then put us in s different room. I will never stay here again it was the dirtiest hotel i have ever been too!

Everyone was very nice and friendly. The lady that served us a delicious breakfast every morning was very friendly. The food was awesome. We will be back next year.

The property is in a great location for shopping and restaurants. The only negative thing about it was the fact that it was under construction on the other floors. Not noisy though.

The rooms were nice. We didn’t realize it was under construction/renovation, so we didn’t have wifi. But overall the stay was nice. I will be excited to see the improvements after renovations are complete.

Excellent service, warm food, comfortable
The property was under major renovation but you barely noticed. The room was sparkling clean and comfortable. The renovation company kept things l their mess contained and items in the hotel were kept out of the way. The warm breakfasts were hearty, with some firm of egg every day. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. I'm returning to Mansfield in a few weeks and will be starting here again. I've also recommended my two colleagues stay here as well.

They were under construction and had not had that information on their site and so half the hotel was closed and features were not available

Carpets were stained in numerous spots. There were dried up puddles in the bathroom under the vanity making the bathroom floor appear dirty and the toilet would not flush. I called to notify the front desk of the issue with the toilet and Lewis told me there was absolutely nothing they could do about it at all. I had to repair the toilet myself so we could use the bathroom during our stay. very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness and concern from staff.

Bed and bathroom were OK but the room was dirty, furniture was broken and beat up, air conditioning/heater unit gave off dust and a terrible smell. Badly in need of renovations.

Everyone was amazing in the faculty. The room we got was really run down though. Cracked tile in the bathroom, holes in the walls. Random bosses throughout the night. My daughter was convinced it was haunted. Lol. Really empty inside, no homely decor. Didn't feel like the price matched the property.

We stayed here for a quick weekend getaway (1 night stay). The service was friendly and our room was close to the vending machines which was nice. We enjoyed the continental breakfast too.

This hotel is in need of a remodeling and updating. It was clean and quiet with a limited breakfast and is right off of the highway. Price was lower than the nicer hotels nearby.

Bad stay in Mansfield
Hotel in really poor condition. Upon check in there were no king rooms available. Was told we have to speak to GM on Monday for a bill adjustment. Employee on site cannot do that. First room we occupied had wet carpeting near HVAC unit. Will not return.

Room is worn and maybe in process of upgrading. Jet tub was out of order and internet was off. That was disappointing.

I am sorry about the jetted tub being off. The renovations are causing some interference with the WIFI, but there is a notification on the websites stating the guest WIFI is not working. Again we are sorry about the issues that you had.
