"Stayed one night, the hotel is very nice and clean, friendly staff, close to I-90. Secured parking lot. That said, right outside the hotel gate there are a lot of homeless people and it does not feel like at safe area to be walking in."

"1 Star – Predatory Fees, Religious Discrimination, Zero Accountability Hotel Ruby in Spokane charged me a $22 "entertainment fee" , a thinly veiled alcohol charge from their bar, without disclosing it anywhere in my reservation. When I checked in and explicitly told the front desk agent that I do not drink alcohol for religious reasons and would not accept the charge, he looked me in the eye and told me it was policy. End of discussion. That's not policy. That's forcing a charge on a guest for...
