"Good "

"Hi, I stayed here, and overall, everything was great. The room and everything else were good, but I wasn’t completely satisfied with the laundry service.

"booked the hotel from the United States, but due to special circumstances my person (guest) could not come, so my money was wasted. There is no fault of the hotel management this happened because of my own person’s busy schedule, which is why I could not be present."
