We booked the de luxe double room with free breakfast for 2.. The best available room online.. What did we get? A room with no windows and when leaving in the morning, we went to reception to find the morning restaurant, but had to go back to our the room to order the food and wait patiently... And breakfast wasn't for free, even if we paid for it up-front! What happens in this hotel? Pay for breakfast twice? Cheating us as foreigners? Furthermore there was no information about wifi login in the room! Service absolutely really bad.
