"We liked the pool. It was outdoors but the weather cooperated. The staff is super accommodating. The service desk staff was very accommodating with extending reservations and answering questions. I had the pleasure of mostly dealing with Hope. The bed was comfortable. Food was average fare found in all the free hotel breakfasts."

The valet guys and the front desk were very helpful and nice all the time. Specially Claudia and Theo from the restaurant. Great food recommendations and a really nice chat with Theo. "The stay at Spot X is highly recommended staycation. And for the location to be around restaurants, Publix Walmart and now a new target being build just across the street and to be a walking distance from the Krates. Our front desk check in is kind and beautiful. Staff is very direct and helpful with any questions you ask about the hotel amenities "

"The area is close to the Tampa premium outlets some wonderful restaurants. The arena across the road is an amazing facility if you are a skater or have one in the family the morning breakfast is great and the staff was really great to deal with keep in mind there doing a few renovations but it’s still worth the stay "

Breakfast was good...eggs, sausages, bagels, waffles and more. Free bottles of water at the front desk were the perfect touch for a hot Florida summer visit. Check in/out was fast and simple. Room 514. I will stay here again next time we come to town."

"My stay at this Hotel was an amazing experience for me and my family. First time in the Tampa area. Chose this hotel because of the great location near many stores and restaurants. The staff was super friendly and Helpful. We decided to stay an extra night and it was the best thing we could’ve done. We loved the breakfast in the morning. Rooms were super clean and spacious. I would definitely choose this place again. A+ "

"Receptionen virkede ligeglad og gad knap hilse, når man kom ind ad døren.
De kunne ikke finde ud af at udprinte en kvittering, hvilket er nødvendigt for at forretningsrejsende. De prøvede sågar at stritte imod, da jeg insisterede på at få dem til at håndskrive en - IKKE meget hjælp at komme efter og de virkede meget ligeglade.
Værelset var i ringe stand og terassedøren var ikke aflåst ved ankomst, hvilket jeg først opdagede på anden dagen. Derudover hang der gamle badshorts på min terasse - og deres terasselampe kunne ikke slukkes, hvorfor hele værelset var oplyst hele natten, da der ikke var mørklægning eller lignende.
Morgenmaden ville jeg ikke engang røre, efter at have set den.
Derudover væltede en palme i poolen under mit besøg, hvilket resulterede i at jeg ikke kunne benytte poolen under mit ophold. Det tog dem et par dage at få den fjernet.
Alt i alt virkede personalet ikke til at ville gide være der - og mit ophold var langt under mine forventninger."

"When arriving outside, everything looked great. But when getting to the Room, it smelled bad. Starting the AC either for cooling or heating made it smell worse (mix of stinky socks/mold).
The breakfast was not good at all. All you could choose was basically a bagel, 4 different cereals and waffles. Nothing else. Coffee was also extremely bad, never tasted coffee that bad before.
Overall, not worth the money at all, definately would not recommend going there."
