These Residence is located in a unique position in the Bay of Manerba del Garda, on the west side of Garda Lake. The Residence stands in a park of about 30,000 sqm, directly by the lake, is carefully organized in order to provide its guests with the best experience, thanks to its spacious and bright flats, the double swimming pool, the restaurant-pizzeria with a view of the lake, two fully equipped bars and a marvellous park, realized with the utmost respect for nature and with direct access to the beach.

Swimming pool
The Residence has a double swimming pool that is made available for hotel guests. The depth ranges from 80 cm, especially for the youngest guests, up to 170 cm. The residence swimming pool is easily accessible from every flat and it is beautifully located amidst the greenery of an array of palm trees and a wonderful view of the Bay of Manerba del Garda. Designed to ensure the right balance between fun and relaxation and to cater to the tastes of all guests, young and old alike, it is equipped with a large solarium, with deckchairs, vending machines and a snack bar. For your safety and that of your children, a qualified pool attendant will always be present during the scheduled times displayed at the entrance. In the months of July and August, water aerobics classes and scuba diving drills are organized. Once a week, on the hottest nights, the swimming pool is open from 8 to 10 p.m. Soft music and candle lights create a relaxing atmosphere.

In order to give you the possibility to spend a wonderful and unforgettable holiday, the reception staff is at your complete disposal for any additional information about the area or any need you may have during your stay. Wi-Fi Internet coverage available throughout the Complex.
Activities and and other services

The complex also includes a playground for children, a table tennis table and a barbecue, as well as a launderette with coin washing machines and a private parking area for each accommodation unit. Inside the Complex you can find the restaurant-pizzeria and two bars which are run directly by the Management of the Residence. You can spend a relaxing day right by the lake with a refreshing “Summer Cocktail” or enjoy the luxury of a tasteful snack served straight to your table overlooking the gorgeous Bay of Manerba del Garda and the music of delightful summer evenings. Surrounded by the Residence lush park setting, the restaurant-pizzeria offers a great choice of local and mediterranean cuisine à la carte, in which the traditional aromas are enhanced to create an unforgettable culinary experience. It also offers a wide choice of rich and tasty pizzas, as well as typical wines produced by wineries located in the Valtenesi area. Moreover, for those guests who want to taste our dishes and pizzas in the comfort of their flats, we provide an excellent takeaway service. For those who desire a little extra, guests may also book the half-board option. The restaurant has wide glass windows that let natural light pour inside, as well as magnificent outdoor terraces from where to admire the enchanting landscapes, with a direct view of the Lake. The restaurant also has a fully equipped play area for children to have fun, allowing parents and adults to treat themselves to a relaxing moment.
In addition, a rich buffet breakfast is served every morning. The sale of fresh bread and croissants is also guaranteed on a daily basis.
