"The property was amazing! Pools are perfect and never seemed crowded despite there being a lot of people at the resort. Whaler's village is a very short walk from the resort with a lot of good shops and restaurants. Everyone at the resort was kind and helpful. We will definitely being going back in the future. "

"This property was very clean and nice. The only thing I would suggest is a broom and dust pan. We tracked in quite a bit of sand from the beach and I would have like to have swept it up so we were not walking on it. But we had a very nice stay and everyone and everything was very nice. "

"Loved this property from beginning to end. So clean and spacious. Personnel was super friendly and helpful. We had one issue with a drain and it was fixed w/in the hour. You are near everything...beach, restaurants and Whalers shopping center. Loved the pool area as well. Lots of chairs and lots of tables if you want to eat near the pool while looking over at the ocean. I have stayed 6x at different resorts on Kaanapali and this is in my top 2. We were sad to leave, great experience. "

"My daughter and I had an amazing time here celebrating her master's degree. We booked a 1 BR and are so glad we did. The condo was HUGE. The bedroom was x-large, as well as the living are. "The Sheraton Maui Resort and Spa was an absolutely beautiful and amazing stay. The staff was next level, the cleanliness was top tier, the amenities are exactly what we were looking for for our honeymoon. We are avid snorkelers, to our surprise black rock had variety of fish and even turtles! I will say, I wish they had let us know about the Luau that they host and on what schedule, but I should have easily planned ahead and found that out myself. "r handle was barely working and then stopped working mid stay (you fixed this when I brought it to your attention thank you). The shower head could probably be replaced. The spray from the shower ends up outside of the shower onto the bathroom floor and the wood trim on the walls. The flooring directly in front of the toilet has a large gap in it.
