Villetta Sinfonia 1 is a brand new villa with pool and garden, perfect for vacations just 750 meters from the beaches of San Pietro in Bevagna on the Ionian Sea.
There are accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, wi-fi internet, iron and ironing board, electric kettle, electric oven, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets.
In the large garden, in addition to the beautiful swimming pool with sun loungers, there is also a brick barbecue , outdoor shower, covered parking and outdoor dining/relaxation area.

Sinfonia
1 is one of the two self-contained and independent villas with pool
that form Tenuta Sinfonia delle Onde, in the countryside of Manduria.
The cottage has a separate entrance that leads into a large outdoor area with shaded parking spaces and a brick barbecue.
The
pool area is spacious, well maintained, furnished with deck chairs for
sunbathing and equipped with an outdoor shower. Next to the pool is a
beautiful veranda with wooden roof, perfect for outdoor dining.
The interiors of Sinfonia 1 consist of living room with open kitchen complete with induction hob and dining room with table, chairs, TV and air conditioner.
The sleeping area consists of 4 double bedrooms, all with en suite shower rooms, TV and air conditioning.
A
laundry area next to the living room, and a small storage room complete
the house. Outside, on the side of the rooms, there is a service
bathroom with sink and shower.

Tenuta
Sinfonia delle Onde is an estate with two independent cottages, located
in the countryside of Manduria, just 2 km from the center of San Pietro
in Bevagna, a lively seaside resort on the Ionian Sea.
The
entrance to the nearest beach is only 750 meters away: this is the
wonderful beach of Salina dei Monaci, an enchanting nature reserve. 
 
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Pool available from June to September.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Water not drinkable.
- The sixth bathroom is for service.
