At the heart of this fully modernized two-story villa unfolds a cozy space. The ground floor houses a living room equipped with television and air conditioning, where a comfortable sofa and two armchairs invite relaxation. A decorative fireplace adds a cozy touch, while the dining area and an additional room with a cozy sofa create a versatile environment for moments of tranquility. The independent kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob and all necessary amenities, presents itself as a functional space for the preparation of delicious meals. A bathroom with a shower completes the ground floor. Upstairs, the bedrooms are designed to offer restful sleep.
