• Check-in is via self check-in for your convenience, with full details provided before arrival.
• Free on-street parking is available
• For longer stays, additional cleaning and linen changes can be arranged on request.
• All bedding and towels are provided at the start of your stay.
• The property includes stairs, so may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
• We ask guests to treat the home with respect as if it were their own.
• There is a cleaning charge added to the bill to cover up to 7 guests
• If you are planning to have more than 7 guests then a small extra charge is payable to help cover the extra cleaning required.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
There is a £100 security deposit payabble, that will be returned post check-out
We do operate an online check-in system where we do require the lead quest to provide there contact details and id. We will also require the names of the other guests. If the on-line check-in is not completed before your stay then we cannot guarantee to host you.
You have the use of the whole property during your stay. The only out of bounds area is the cellar accessed from the outside stairs at the rear of the property

Depending on the security cover on the channel you booked this accommodation through we may ask for a £100 security deposit as part of the booking, this will be refunded to you 2 days after checkout if no issues are found with the property
