With two king-size beds, two full bathrooms, and a comfortable living area with a sofa bed, it accommodates up to six guests - ideal for both business and leisure stays. The Space:
KITCHEN AND DINING AREA
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including a fridge freezer, oven and grill, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, and ceramic hob.
We also provide complimentary Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, salt, and pepper for your convenience.
A cosy six-seater dining table is available, perfect for enjoying meals with family or friends.
BEDROOM
Each bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed with blackout blinds for a restful night’s sleep, along with a stylish wardrobe for storage.
SOFA BED
The sofa converts into a comfortable double sofa bed. Depending on the number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team to arrange the sofa bed setup, and additional charges may apply. If you are unsure whether your rate includes the sofa bed or would like full details, please refer to our terms and conditions.
BATHROOM
There are two full bathrooms, each featuring modern rainfall showers. We provide bath towels and hand towels, along with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap.
LIVING AREA
The living area includes a Smart TV and opens up to an inviting balcony with outdoor furniture, perfect for relaxing outdoors.
LOCATION AND PARKING
The property is located in Manchester’s vibrant Northern Quarter, within walking distance of some of the city’s best bars, restaurants, and shopping areas. A public car park is conveniently located on Lomax Street, M1 2GD. Charges may apply.
Guest Access:
Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions, including any access codes, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!), and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.
In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or £40 a non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in, or for stays of 28+ days or more). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released within 1 working day of check-out.
Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold or damage waiver are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.
