The Space:

The Manchester Manor was fully refurbished in 2026, and Room 1 was redecorated as part of that work.



Two high quality double beds dressed in fresh linen sleep up to four guests. The room has its own private en-suite with marble-effect tiling and a walk-in shower, a wall-mounted TV and a lock on the bedroom door, so you keep your own space in the house. A laptop-friendly desk makes it easy to work from the room.



High-speed Wi-Fi runs throughout. There is a washer and dryer on site for longer stays, and gated off-street parking at the side of the house.



Guest Access:

During your stay at The Manchester Manor you will have complete private access to your ensuite bedroom and bathroom which are reserved exclusively for you. In addition to your private quarters you are welcome to utilise the onsite laundry facilities to keep your clothes fresh throughout your visit. You will also have full access to high speed wireless internet throughout the property to ensure you stay connected at all times. To access the property, you will need to complete a verification process. A £250 refundable security deposit or £35 non-refundable damage waiver will be required. This will be completed through a guest portal, which will be provided once the booking has been made.

Please note that check in time is from 15:00 and check out time is by 10:00. This property is a shared house environment and we kindly ask all guests to be respectful of others during their stay. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property and we cannot accommodate pets or events. While you have a private ensuite room, you may be sharing common areas with other guests.
