Upon booking, you will receive a personalized Guest Pass through Enso Connect, an Airbnb trusted partner. The Guest Pass includes check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations, exclusive discounts, and more. You will find the link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.

To safeguard both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete a mandatory security deposit authorization hold of £249.99 or a non-refundable deposit waiver fee of £49.99. This can be processed via the Guest Pass using a card of your choice. For the security deposit, no funds are taken from your card unless damages occur during your stay or additional fees are incurred, such as for late check-outs, or undeclared guests. The deposit authorization hold is typically released within one working day after check-out and visible on your bank statement between 2 to 10 working days depending on your bank.

Please ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorization are completed prior to check-in; access to the apartments cannot be granted until these steps are finished.
