    • £250 refundable deposit (held on your card, released 7 days after check-out if no issues)

    • Damage waiver (small non-refundable fee covering accidental damage up to a certain amount)

    This must be completed at least 3 days before check-in



    This is a standard process for serviced accommodation to protect both guests and the property.
