We’re right in the heart of Manchester's famous Northern Quarter with the whole city on your doorstep.
You're surrounded by fantastic bars and restaurants with our favourite place to visit, the Mackie Mayor just a minutes’ walk away.

TRANSPORT
Our closest train station is Piccadilly Station and it’s only 15 minutes walk away. You can conveniently hop on the tram too which is just 5 minutes walk away to the main hub of Piccadilly Gardens.

We have a washer dryer which is convenient for those on longer trip. For families with smaller children, you’ll find a travel cot (please bring your own sheets).
We are pet friendly but please don’t forget to add them as a guest as there’s an extra charge.

PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:
For convenience we’ll provide fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps, tea and coffee. A cot is also provided but we ask that you bring the sheets – please let us know in advance if you need a cot.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, private access to the entire property for the duration of your stay.

Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 11AM. If you’d like an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know - we can often accommodate for a small additional fee. You can conveniently check yourself in, and we’ll send all the details ahead of your arrival.

Getting around Northern Quarter and the rest of Manchester is fairly easy, those who enjoy their walks it's perfect, everything you could want being a walk away.

There are nearby tram lines, such as Shudehill and Piccadilly tram stop. Along with train links that run frequently from Piccadilly and Victoria train station, all just a short walk away.
