You're tucked away in a peaceful residential area with quick access to Manchester city centre and the airport. A quiet, comfortable base for families, professionals, or longer stays.

Just a short walk from the property, you’ll find bus stops along Simonsway / Peel Hall (Atlas Business Park), served by routes such as the 103 and 43. These provide direct and reliable connections to Manchester city centre, Manchester Airport, Wythenshawe, and other surrounding areas.

Tram (Metrolink)
The nearest tram stop is Peel Hall, located just a 3–5 minute walk from the property. Trams from Peel Hall run frequently and connect to key locations across Greater Manchester, including the city centre and Manchester Airport via the Airport Line.
