The open-plan living area invites you to unwind after a day exploring Greater Manchester. Stretch out on the sofa, stream your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV, or gather for conversation over coffee. High-speed WiFi keeps you connected while the soft glow from the brickwork and furnishings creates a backdrop for evenings in. The sofa easily converts into a double sofa bed when extra sleeping space is needed, ensuring everyone has room to relax. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. Everyday details are covered with a washer, dryer, hair dryer, and ironing essentials. Fresh towels, bed sheets, and bathroom essentials are provided, along with heating to keep you comfortable year-round. A Minut decibel monitor is installed in communal areas to help maintain a peaceful environment, while exterior security cameras enhance guest safety without intruding on privacy.
Access and Parking
The apartment sits on the first floor, accessed by one flight of stairs. Inside, the home is single-level with no stairs, offering easy movement throughout. For those arriving by car, a paid public parking lot is located nearby. Please be aware that there is no elevator, which may be a factor for guests with mobility concerns.

Guest Access:
Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions including any access codes, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.
In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £40.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in, or for stays of 28+ days or more). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.
Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold or damage waiver, are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

This home is pet friendly. If you wish to bring your furry friend(s), there will be a small flat rate fee of £20.00 which helps us cover the cost of the additional cleaning requirements post your stay.
