Two spacious bedrooms with fresh linens and built-in wardrobes; one has a private en-suite. Bedrooms have a UK size Kind-size beds.

Living & kitchen
An open-plan living room with a comfy sofa, flat-screen TV and a dining table that doubles as
a workspace, opening onto a full wrap-around balcony with views across Manchester. The
fully equipped kitchen has an oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster and everything
you need to cook.
Plus Wi-Fi, washing machine, heating and an iron/ironing board.

Bathrooms & extras
A modern walk-in shower and a separate bathtub, fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries.

On the doorstep
A 24-hour Asda, McDonald’s and Starbucks are around 30 seconds’ walk away. The
apartment sits on the east side of the city centre, with easy tram and bus links to the Etihad
Campus, the city centre and Manchester’s top attractions.

Ideal for
Concert- and event-goers at Co-op Live, football fans at the Etihad, remote workers and
professionals, and weekend or longer stays.

Guest will have full access to my property including my balcony during their stay.

Offering a hotel-like experience, Pass the Keys has an industry-leading high cleaning standard. All properties benefit from having hotel-grade linens and all the home comforts you probably expect (like shampoo, soap, hair dryer, iron etc.).
If you do need some assistance before or during your stay, the property manager is local to the property and the guest support team is available 24/7. We look forward to welcoming you!

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
