The Space:

This welcoming family home offers three bright and spacious bedrooms, each with comfortable beds for a great night's sleep. The living room features a 42 inch smart TV with Netflix, perfect for unwinding in the evening.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook during your stay, including an oven, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. Fresh linen and towels are provided for all guests.



Outside you will find a private garden, ideal for relaxing or for children to play safely.

Northenden is a friendly South Manchester suburb with a village feel, offering a quieter pace while still being well connected to the city. You will find local shops, cafes and green spaces nearby, with the River Mersey and Kenworthy Woods a short walk away for peaceful riverside strolls.



Wythenshawe Park is also close by, offering acres of parkland, a farm and a great space for families to explore.



Getting Around:

The nearest tram stop is Martinscroft, connecting you to the Metrolink network with services running into Manchester city centre. The journey into the city takes around 40 minutes by tram.



Manchester Airport is approximately 10 minutes away by car, making this an excellent base for travellers flying in or out. The city centre is around a 20 minute drive.



Free on-road parking is available directly outside the property.



Uber and local taxis are widely available throughout the area.
