"It could use a chair in the room."

"Great location, great host communication!"

"It was a great little room for a one night stay for a wedding . Check in was easy , it was clean and in a great location it was walking distance about a 5 min walk to downtown ocean grove and a ten minute drive to asbury park . Also communication with the host was great, answered me quickly and was helpful with any questions I had . "

"What a lovely stay we had! They place had everything we needed and more! Christine was very responsive and helpful with anything we asked and couldn't have been nicer. Location was great, neighborhood was very pretty; easy walk to the beach, and easy walk to coffee/restaurants. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area."

"An excellent vacation property!! We had an amazing week was made even better by our experience with our host and house! Thank you!!"

"Perfect for my stay and price was attractive as well. Will look for this rental property again when coming back to this area. Home was clean, stocked more than a hotel, and provided several creatures comforts you find in a hotel. Would recommend to others."

"Very cute perfect beach house. Would stay again."

"When looking for a rental for my immediate family's vacation it was hard to find exactly what we were looking for. Seven adults and three small grandkids, this property was perfect. We had private off-street parking to accommodate 4 plus cars, a private pool, and access to our own private oceanfront beach all in one location. There was no need to leave the property if we didn't want to. Mantoloking NJ is located 1 1/2 miles from Jenkinson's boardwalk and 1 mile north of Seaside Heights boardwalk...

"we were very happy with the house, it's proximity to everything of interest, and would recommend it."

"Appreciated that they actually provided decent towels along with working TV remotes unlike some places where those items feel thrown in just because. Quick exit on checkout too!"

"Sandy was a great. We had a couple of hiccups with initial check in and some amenities and she was very responsive and fixed the issues immediately. I highly recommend this property for its space, location and property management."
