From the property, you can admire the surrounding Mallorcan countryside with stunning views of the Tramuntana mountains, Puig de Cura, Mont Ferrutx and Puig de Sant Salvador on the horizon. The interiors of the house are decorated with 18th and early 19th century furniture and house a large art collection. Upon entering this property you will see the furnished elegant dining room. This room is not separated from the living room where you find a wood heater, satellite TV and a CD player. Separated by an arch, you find the original kitchen, where you have everything you need to make any recipe, including a gas stove. This property has a separate laundry room with 1 washing machine, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. Located in a rural area, this home is located between the towns of Vilafranca de Bonany, Felanitx and Manacor, although it belongs to Manacor. Vilafranca is a small farming town characterized by the quality of its fruits and vegetables sold by the farmers themselves. Manacor is one of the most important towns in Mallorca due to its high commercial activity, pearls factory and furniture stores. Felanitx keeps the charm of the industrial areas of Mallorca where you can stroll through the old town with great commercial life. If you like the beach, the nearest beach is Cala Domingos, located about 23.8 km.
