I did not receive any info about anything when I checked in, so had to go back down and ask a lot of questions, about things like Wi-Fi, where the gym was, etc. The lady in the reception laughed at me at one point because I had to ask her to repeat so many times due to her very bad English.
I did not wish to have my room made up in the days that I was here, which meant that I did not receive more water, so I had to buy extra water myself. But...
