"There is check in from 4 PM and check out latest 11 AM. The hotel has at least 40 stories and only three elevators. At departure it takes a long time to catch an elevator. The hotel could offer more checkout times to put less pressure on departure. It took me over 10 minutes to get an elevator down with several full. Once I got an elevator it stopped at basically every story but was full and could take no passengers.."

"Disappointing stay. Very long wait at reception, the main floor was under construction with no lobby or common areas. Rooms were tiny with small beds, no fridge, and unclean blankets."

"Everything looks nice and all. But the majority of the staff is extremely rude and acting like they don’t want you there. Was blown away by their behavior. Seems like an adult/professional manager is missing. "

"We stayed at the Standard Highline for a week from Friday to Saturday. The hotel is centrally located with great shopping, food and beverage offering right outside. However it comes with some drawbacks. At check-in we were given a room on the 4th floor supposedly far away from the noise from the standards own night club on the top floor however it turned out to be right above the neighbouring Brass Monkey and the music on their rooftop terrace was so loud that we could sing along to the songs in our until 2 am. Saturday morning we asked to be moved to another room and they gave us a room on the 7th floor still facing the Brass monkey but further away. Saturday night Brass Monkey was slightly better but still very loud and once the brass monkey music stopped at 2 am we could hear and feel the pounding of the drum and base from the Standards own penthouse club until 4am. :-( Sunday there was still music but the stopped early because of the rain. Monday to Wednesday it was great with no music and thursday and Friday night it was again loud music. So if you are a light sleeper this is not the hotel for you. The Staff were very friendly and tried to help us however it is a bit of a Las Vegas experience. "
