"We were a little sceptical about Galleon Beach Resort due to limited reviews but we did not regret booking. Upon arrival Talia showed us down to Sea Breeze - cottage number 10. "Superbe vue sur English Harbour! À proximité de plusieurs activités à faire, près des restaurants à pied 5-10 minutes de marche et de Nelson Dockyard. Plage Pigeon Point à 20 minutes de marche. Le propriétaire et le personnel sont attentionnés et le déjeuner est très bien. Taxi disponible sur les lieux avec Edgard. La piscine est bien toutefois, il n’y a aucun parasol. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et le petit cottage était parfait pour nous."

Second, there was no remote control for the air conditioner unit in the main living area downstairs so it could not be turned on. "This resort is for Honeymooners or really elderly ppl. The rooms are the only selling point. The inroom pool and tub are a very nice touch. There is no nightly entertainment after dinner everyone has no options but to go back to room. The bar closes at 10pm. The 2 bartenders Charles and Kandra were friendly. The Waitress Ivanna and the girl that does not wear a name tag had a attitude non attentive.Asking for water falls on deaf ears. There is only 1 restaurant so if thats the ONLY fops option...

"location was hard to find as you have to use the location given in Expedia. Place was in a nice quiet location. Areas of improvement: sink water was running very very very slowly. Need sink replaced. Toilet would run more often on the second/third day and having to manually hold the stopper down was too much. WiFi was spotty which could have been due to the location. Scenery was beautiful, management was responsive and helpful. Parking is also scarce. I would book again as a 5:6:7th option for...
