🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes

• Parking is available for 1 vehicle in the underground parking garage off Forest Trail. The parking pass will be found on the kitchen island. It is Denoted "Owner" This is the pass they should utilize at the unit. Parking enforcement begins at 6pm.

• WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' rural mountain location, speed and reliability can vary, and cellular service may be spotty or occasionally unavailable.

• Community amenities and services are managed by The Village at Mammoth and may occasionally close for maintenance without notice.

• Please note that Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing widespread construction throughout the area, including road work and building projects. This is outside of our control and may result in noise during your stay. Refunds will not be issued for disturbances related to local construction.

• There is an elevator within the building. The building elevator is operated and maintained by the building management, not by us as hosts. While it’s typically available, please note that any maintenance or outages are outside of our control.

• This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

• Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and checkout is at 10:00 AM.
