Want that cozy cabin feel in the heart of Mammoth Lakes? This spacious townhome has a private entrance and 2-car garage. The home offers 3 bedrooms + loft and sleeps 10 people for your perfect mountain getaway. Eagle Lodge is a quick walk or just one bus stop away. The bike trail and Sierra Star Golf Course are right across the street. The free shuttle is steps away and takes you to The Village, Vons grocery store, or anywhere in town. This is a perfect location for winter and summer activities!

The space
On the main floor this townhome offers a master bedroom with a king sized bed, fireplace, en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi sized tub, and TV with Roku and DVD player. Steps away there is a great room with a dining table that seats up to 8 guests, a bar that seats up to 5, and a fully stocked kitchen. In the same room you will find an oversized sectional with an extensive DVD collection and Roku to load your favorite streaming service, all while you cozy up to a wood burning fireplace.

On the ground floor there is a mudroom where you can put all your coats, ski boots, and helmets. Step out the front door for a ski closet to store your gear. This floor also has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed with TV, DVD player, and Roku. A second bedroom with two twin beds, a TV, DVD player, and Roku. There is also a bathroom with full sized shower and dual sinks. A full sized washer and dryer is available for your use.

The townhome also offers a loft with one twin over full bunkbed and two twin sized beds. This area has a full bathroom available with a shower.

In the winter, we have sleds for snow play in the association tennis court area and tennis rackets for the summer. Spa access year round. We also offer wifi access for all guests.

Guest Access
We can only guarantee parking for 2 vehicles, and they must both be parked in the garage unless oversized. The garage is a tight fit for large vehicles. Extended SUVs and trucks will not fit in the garage, and cargo/roof racks likely won't clear the 7 foot garage door. These vehicles may be parked in first-come first-serve guest spots but should not exceed the 2 vehicle limit.

Parking for more than 2 vehicles is NOT guaranteed and subject to approval. Unapproved vehicles exceeding the maximum are subject to tow. You may park vehicles on city streets between May and October. Paid overflow parking is available at Mammoth RV Park.
