  • Dette er et smukt opgraderet 1 soveværelse, 1 badeværelse, ski-in, ski-out ejerlejlighed på Sunstone Lodge med fantastisk udsigt over Mammoth Lakes. Denne velindrettede ferie udlejning har et fladskærms-tv i stuen med en hyggelig gaspejs, luksusmøbler, specialbygget-ins og brugerdefinerede maling overalt.

    Den spiseplads er udstyret med en brugerdefineret træ spisebord med plads til 4 og et køkken fuldt udstyret med alle bekvemmeligheder. Der er en fantastisk udsigt over Sherwin bjergene og byen Mammoth fra den udendørs dæk også!

    Det store soveværelse har en komfortabel kingsize-seng med TV og DVD-afspiller og stereoanlæg. Der er endda ekstra soveværelse på sovesofa i stuen. Alle Mammoth Sierra gæster får gratis fuld adgang til Snowcreek Athletic Club for at nyde faciliteter, herunder indendørs opvarmet pool, dampbad / sauna, komplet fitnesscenter, yoga, pilates og cykelstudio med mere. Denne Mammoth Condo sover højst 4 personer og leveres med underjordisk, opvarmet garage parkering for ét køretøj (garage clearance er 8 '2 "). Gæsterne vil blive forsynet med et parkeringskort. Hvis der kræves mere parkering end hvad der er tildelt, er du velkommen til at ringe til vores kontor for alternative muligheder. Reviewer Comments: It smelled like smoke for one hour from previous people but we cross ventilated and opened every dor and window so it is NOT the condo's fault...otherwise after that, everything was amazing, clean nice, tv great, heater great, bedroom bed fantastic, pullout is a pullout do not expect a miracle, but it was ok too. Coffe machine fine, pots and pans good, need a bigger coffee mug but nice, fridge was almost too cold. Very close to slopes, very close to restaurants, to shopping, good underground parking, good public Jacquzzi, no problems so I give it two thumbs up!

Sunstone - for the location

Place was as advertised - a good, but dated, unit right next to Eagle Express, which is why you pay what you do to stay here. All was clean, enough supplies for two were provided, and the bed and sofa bed were fine for a few nights. The only issues were that the over-oven microwave didn't work, so therefore the over-oven light did not work and you couldn't see anything in the morning or night and with no under-cabinet lighting you couldn't see to make a pot of coffee in the 1999 coffee maker with the wrong size filters, LOL. Also, I think the thermostat was also from around the 80s. A dial with no numbers that was a struggle to move and you had to guess a few times to get right. Last positive, great pool and jacuzzi. Also where you walk out to ski/board to the lift. THAT was awesome.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay immensely. The ease and convenience of ski in/ski out is hard to beat. The room was inviting and comfortable. We had challenges getting the television to work in the living room (and we never tried the tv in the bedroom), and we thought the kitchen was missing some items and supplies that would have been helpful (like oil, spices, foil, plastic wrap, or Tupper ware for leftovers). We enjoyed the hot tub and took full advantage of the slopeside ski locker. We left behind a personal item (a bluetooth speaker) that was never recovered, so that was disappointing. Overall, our stay was really great. We look forward to any opportunity to return!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was an average condo. I've stayed at over 5 different units in this complex managed by mammoth itself and various other private entities. This was on the lower end in terms of cleanliness. Most units are dated in decor, so that's a given, but this one had crumbs on the counter, a dirty rag in the bathroom trash, cheaper quality bath towels and sheets, but it was also cheaper in price, so you get what you pay for. As long as you understand there's a trade-off, you'll be satisfied. The management company seems staffed by younger people who don't have much interest in hospitality or customer services, but they do answer the phone and emails. The location of this unit can't be beat.

The property was fine. The bed was lumpy and worn out and it would have been nice to have drapes. The walls are a bit dark but that is a personal pref.

Get Away

I was surprised to see only 1 roll of toilet paper for a 4 day stay. I only stay at Sunstone and this was a first. Also…..unit 103 is quite sparsely provisioned. No salt or pepper which I found odd as other units have always had basic stuff like that. Lastly and I realize this has nothing to do with Sunstone…..but the occupants of unit 101 on Monday -Tuesday argued so loudly that I considered called Mammoth PD. I have never had that happen in the property as Sunstone is an amazing place.

We were unaware that we did not have air conditioning in our unit. There was only one fan in the condo. No ceiling fans either. It was extremely warm and uncomfortable in our condo our entire stay. Very difficult to sleep. The coffee pot did not work either which was very frustrating!!!

Great cozy condo

good location, 1st floor end of building. Ski in and out was easy and lockers are a bonus for storage of skis. One tip, coffee machine power button works but is a little off. You have to press above the button to get it to activate.

Nice Place

Great location Easy check-in, though you have to stop at an office location to pick up a key card. Pretty late check in time: 5:00 pm and check out still 10:00 am - that didn’t shift. Had to just let them know we weren’t going to drive into town to just drop off keys and instead we’d drop it off on our way out. Condo is nice but very corporate. Not a big deal if you eat out but if you plan to cook there’s absolutely nothing in the way of spices, i.e., salt, pepper or even sugar. Just come prepared and you’re good.
